本アプリはPHQ-9（Patient Health Questionnaire-9）を使用しています。PHQ-9の著作権はPfizer Inc.が所有しています。本アプリでのPHQ-9の使用は、Pfizer Inc.の利用規約に従っています。
医療免責事項
本アプリは情報提供のみを目的としており、医療アドバイスや診断を提供するものではありません。本アプリの使用結果に基づいて医療判断を行わないでください。常に資格を持つ医療専門家に相談してください。
責任の制限
